Sometimes it is difficult to explain with words were exactly its located the problem or what could be causing it. Because of that, we can use the help of the Zoho Lens app.

This app will connect your mobile phone via video with our computer. We will be able to guide you to show us exactly what we need to see, and of course, we can point you where you need to go, or what you need to move. The app use Augmented Reality, that will allow you and us to draw and mark certain positions or objects, making everything easier.

To use the app, you do not need any account, just a unique number that you will use to connect with us. This number its a code that we will provide you via email.

Once you have installed the app, you will see a screen with a number pad. There you have to enter the number that we provided you. Once you entered that code, you will be connected with us, and we will be able to hear you and see through your mobile phone camera.

Just follow the instructions that the app gives you, and accept the permissions of the app to use the camera and microphone. 

The app have different tools to help you point and mark. One touch with the finger and it will put a numbered label. Slide the finger and you will be able to draw. This way you will be able to point out exactly what you want to show us.
